Precursors definition

Precursors means chemical substances under control used in the production of drugs and psychotropic substances, listed in Table 1 and Table 2 annexed to the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 20 December 1988.

Precursors. (ML8) means specialty chemicals used in the manufacture of military explosives.
