Master Franchisee must provide Pre-Opening Services and Opening Supervision Services as required under the Franchise Agreement in respect of all Franchisees.
Opening Services Agreement means an agreement proposed to be entered into between MCE and one or more of its Affiliates, on the one hand, and one or more of the Group Companies, on the other, in relation to provision of services to the Group Companies related to the development, construction, design, fit-out, and completion of the MSC Property, and the Opening, and the payment and the reimbursement of Development and Pre-Opening Services Costs.
