PRASA definition

PRASA means the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, formerly known as the South African Rail Commuter Corporation Limited, a national public entity as listed in Schedule 3B of the Public Finance Management Act, Act No. 1 of 1999 and established in terms of section 22 of the Legal Succession to the South African Transport Services Act, No. 9 of 1989;
