practicing certificate definition

practicing certificate means a certificate issued to a member by the Institute registered as a Certified auditor in terms of the Act and authorising him to carry on such functions as can be done by a Certified auditor;
practicing certificate means a certificate issued to a person by a recognized professional association which permits that person to practice that profession;
