Practice Statement Letter definition

Practice Statement Letter means a letter relating to the English Scheme as required under Practice Statement (Companies: Scheme of Arrangement).
Practice Statement Letter means the letter issued to each Scheme Creditor in accordance with the Practice Statement (Schemes of Arrangement with Creditors) dated 15 April 2002.

Practice Statement Letter means the practice statement letter in respect of the Alternative Plan, circulated by a Class B Creditor, referred to as the “Petitioner” therein, to the Alternative Plan Creditors on 7 January 2025.
