PPS Law means the PPSA and any amendment made at any time to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) or any other legislation as a consequence of the PPSA.
PPS Law means the PPSA and any amendment made at any time to any other law as a consequence of the PPSA;
PPS Law means (a) the PPSA (Australia) and any regulation made at any time under the PPSA (Australia), including the PPS Regulations (each as amended from time to time) and (b) any amendment made at any time to any other legislation as a consequence of a law or regulation referred to in paragraph (a).
