PPPA definition

PPPA means a provisional program participation agreement issued to USU and to be countersigned by or on behalf of the Secretary of the DOE.
PPPA means the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Va. Code § 2.2-4300 et seq.
PPPA means a provisional PPA issued to the University, and countersigned or to be countersigned by or on behalf of the secretary of the DOE, for the purposes of certifying the University to continue its Title IV Program participation following consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

PPPA means the Public Private Partnership Act; “platinum” has the meaning given to that term in Section 8(b);

PPPA means a Title IV Provisional Program Participation Agreement issued by the DOE.
