Paragraph 2 The Tag Along Right Notice shall contain, at least: (i) the price to be paid for the Company's shares held by the Selling Shareholder, (ii) the term and payment conditions, (iii) guarantees to be posted, if any, (iv) other conditions of the sale or of the proposed Transfer, and (v) the full name and identification of the Potential Acquirer within the scope of the Tag Along Right ad of any guarantors of the transaction, if applicable.
