Postcard Notice definition

Postcard Notice means the short form of notice that shall be sent by mail to Settlement Class members who did not agree to receive notices by email, or for whom the Settlement Administrator is unable to send Email Notice using the email address provided by Defendant, in the form attached as Exhibit 1.
Postcard Notice means the Postcard Notice of (I) Pendency of Class Action, Certification of Settlement Class, and Proposed Settlement; (II) Settlement Fairness Hearing; and (III) Motion for an Award of Attorneys’ Fees and Reimbursement of Litigation Expenses, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4 to Exhibit A, which is to be mailed to Settlement Class Members.
Postcard Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit B3.

  • You are entitled to reimbursement from the Settlement Fund of your reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (not to exceed $0.10 per name and mailing address or $0.20, plus postage at the then current pre-sort rate used by the Claims Administrator, per Postcard Notice) actually incurred in connection with the foregoing, assuming the expenses would not have been incurred except for the sending of such Notice.

More Definitions of Postcard Notice

Postcard Notice means the postcard notice that is to be provided to the Settlement Class in accordance with this Agreement and substantially in the form of Exhibit 4 hereto, or in such similar form as may be ordered by the Court.
Postcard Notice means the Postcard Notice of Pendency of Class Action, Proposed Class Action Settlement, and Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses to be sent to Settlement Class Members, which, subject to approval of the Court, shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-4.
Postcard Notice means the notice of settlement sent in a postcard format summarizing the terms of the settlement and advising Settlement Class Members of their options in submitting a claim, excluding themselves, or objecting to the settlement.
Postcard Notice means the postcard notice to be sent to Class Members substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 4 to Exhibit A, and which shall contain information relating to, among other things, how to access the Long Notice, Stipulation, and file a Proof of Claim.
Postcard Notice means the legal notice summarizing the proposed terms of this Agreement, as approved by Class Counsel, R+F’s Counsel and the Court, to be provided to Settlement Class Members under Section 5.2(c) of this Agreement via regular postal mail in the event Settlement Class Members cannot be notified via Email Notice. The Postcard Notice shall be substantially similar to the form attached as Exhibit D.
