Portfolio Advisor definition

Portfolio Advisor means Archon or such other portfolio advisor as the Board of Managers shall select.

Portfolio Advisor shall include the Portfolio Advisor and/or any of its affiliates and the directors, officers and employees of the Portfolio Advisor and/or any of its affiliates.

Portfolio Advisor or “PAM” means Proof Capital Inc.’s subsidiary, Proof Asset Management Inc.
