Port Regulations definition

Port Regulations means the Regulations that the Minister of Transport promulgated in the Government Gazette, 23 November 2007.
Port Regulations means any rules, regulations, ordinances, procedures, directives, requirements, policies, standards or information of any kind, whether currently in force or introduced from time to time, produced by the POF in connection with POF and with which users of POF are required to comply, including the Port Guidelines, the Port Ordinance 1982, and the Top Side Rules, as may be amended from time to time.
Port Regulations means any rules, regulations, ordinances, procedures, directives, requirements, policies, standards or information of any kind, whether currently in force or introduced from time to time, produced by the POF in connection with the Port and with which users of the Port (including the Company and its Customers) are required to comply with including the Master’s Obligations as described in Clause 8.2(b)), the Port Ordinance, the Port Guidelines, Port Rules for Top Side Facility Operations and the Tariffs.
