Pool Slide means a slide having a configuration as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Ch. II, Title 16 Part 1207 of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, or which is similar in construction to a playground slide designed to allow users to slide from an elevated height to a pool.
