Pool Aircraft definition

Pool Aircraft means, as of any date, any aircraft Owned by an Owner Subsidiary that has not been the subject of a sale or other disposition to a Person other than another Owner Subsidiary permitted under Section 2.10 or 5.04

Pool Aircraft means, as of any date, any aircraft Owned by any Borrower and included in the Designated Pool.

• In reviewing and accepting the insurance brokers (if any) and reinsurance brokers (if any) and insurers and reinsurers (if any) providing coverage with respect to the Pool Aircraft, the relevant Grantor will utilize standards consistent with Leasing Company Practice with respect to similar aircraft.

More Definitions of Pool Aircraft

Pool Aircraft. Those Volaris Aircraft marked as Pool Aircraft in Article 0 of Annex TCS (Volaris’ Aircraft and Engines) for which Volaris has access to the Component Pool.

Pool Aircraft means, as of any date, any aircraft Owned by any Lessor Subsidiary and as to which each of the conditions set forth in Section 2.10, 4.01 or 4.02, as applicable, have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
