POM definition
POM means the Project Operational Manual referred to in Section I.A.2 of Schedule 2 of this Agreement approved by MLSPF and endorsed by ▇▇▇.
POM means the project operations manual for the Project, to be adopted by the Borrower and satisfactory to the Bank, and referred to in Section I.C Schedule 2 to this Agreement, describing and setting forth procedures for implementation of the Project and institutional arrangements, consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and including, among other things, the fiduciary, technical and operational aspects and procedures for implementation of the Project, including the financial management procedures, procurement procedures, monitoring and evaluation arrangements, verification arrangements, other fiduciary and administrative arrangements, as the same may be amended from time to time by agreement with the Bank.
POM means the Project Operations Manual, acceptable to the Association, setting forth, inter alia, the Project’s institutional arrangements, and the procurement, financial management and disbursement procedures to be followed during Project implementation, as the same may be amended from time to time with the concurrence of the Association;
Examples of POM in a sentence
In case of a conflict between the provisions of the POM and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail.
The Additional Conditions of Effectiveness consists of the following, namely that the Recipient has prepared and furnished to the Association, for its review and no-objection, a Project Operations Manual (POM), and adopted the POM in form and substance satisfactory to the Association.
Except as the Association may otherwise agree in writing, the Recipient shall not amend or waive any provision of the POM.

POM means the Borrower’s manual referred to in Section I.B of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Bank.

POM means the manual referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as said manual may be amended from time to time with the prior written agreement of the Association, and such term includes any annexes or schedules or amendments to such manual.
