Polytechnic definition

Polytechnic means polytechnics, institutes of technology, technical institutes and community colleges, and any corporation, trust or enterprise established by the Employer or the Governing Body of the Employer party to this Agreement.
Polytechnic means the respective polytechnics set up under section 1 of this Act;
Polytechnic has the same meaning as defined in the Education Amendment Act 1990 and includes any other organisation engaged in the delivery of teaching/learning programmes for which the CE fulfils the role of employer.
