Polaris has the meaning set out in the Preamble;
Polaris means Polaris Private Equity IV K/S, company registration No. (CVR) 36 48 65 97, a Danish limited partnership (kommanditselskab) with its registered office at c/o Gorrissen Federspiel, H.C. Andersens Boulevard 12, DK-1553 Copenhagen V, Denmark
Polaris means Polaris Consulting & Services Limited, a company existing under the laws of and listed in India and which is a Subsidiary directly or indirectly majority-owned by the Borrower.

More Definitions of Polaris

Polaris or "Market Lock" or any derivative thereof, or logo associated with that name (the "AIG MARKS") is the valuable property of the Company and its affiliates, and that the Trust, Distributor and Advisor have the right to use such name (or derivative or logo) only so long as this Agreement is in effect. Upon termination of this Agreement the Trust, Distributor and Advisor shall forthwith cease to use the AIG Marks. Trust, Distributor and Advisor agree that it shall not use the AIG Marks in a manner that disparages or degrades the business or reputation of the Company or any of their affiliates, or that infringes, dilutes, or otherwise violates the AIG Marks.
