Plume definition

Plume means visible effluent.
Plume means the portion of an aquifer or aquifers in which groundwater contamination above applicable CTLs, and background concentrations as defined in subsection 62-780.200(3), F.A.C., has been detected.
Plume means the portion of an aquifer or aquifers in which groundwater contamination by petroleum productscontaminants of concern above applicable CTLs, and background concentrations as defined in subsection 62-770.200(5), F.A.C., has been detected.
