PLU definition

PLU means a percentage amount that represents the ratio of the local minutes to the sum of local and intraLATA toll minutes sent between the Parties over Local Interconnection Trunks. Directory Assistance, BLV/BLVI, 900, transiting calls from other LECs, WSP traffic and interLATA Switched Access calls are not included in the calculation of PLU.

Examples of PLU in a sentence

  • If the initial PLU is determined to be inaccurate by more than twenty percent (20%), the Parties agree to implement the new PLU retroactively to the Effective Date of the contract.

  • If, as a result of the audit, either Party has overstated the PLU or underreported the call detail usage by five percent (5%) or more, that Party shall reimburse the auditing Party for the cost of the audit.

  • If the PLU is adjusted based upon the audit results, the Billing Party may audit the Billed Party again during the subsequent nine (9) month period, notwithstanding any other provisions in the Agreement.

  • If as a result of the audit, either Party has overstated the PLU or underreported the call detail usage by twenty percent (20%) or more, that Party shall reimburse the auditing Party for the cost of the audit and will pay for the cost of the subsequent audit which is to happen within nine (9) months of the initial audit.

  • The PLU and/or PIU shall be adjusted based upon the audit results and shall apply to the usage for the quarter the audit was completed, to the usage for the quarter prior to the completion of the audit, and to the usage for the two quarters following the completion of the audit.
