Pledged Bonds definition

Pledged Bonds means the related series of Bonds and any other Mortgage Bonds issued to secure Securities subject to the release provisions provided herein or in any other supplemental indenture to the Original Indenture.
Pledged Bonds means any Bonds which shall, at the time of determination thereof, be pledged to the Credit Provider pursuant to or in connection with the Credit Facility.
Pledged Bonds has the meaning assigned to that term in the Pledge Agreement.

  • If an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Bank may, without notice, exercise all rights, privileges or options pertaining to any Pledged Bonds as if it were the absolute owner of such Pledged Bonds, upon such terms and conditions as it may determine, all without liability except to account for property actually received by it, but the Bank shall have no duty to exercise any of those rights, privileges or options and shall not be responsible for any failure to do so or delay in so doing.

  • The Bank instructs and authorizes the Custodian upon such release of any Pledged Bonds from the Lien of this Agreement, to cause DTC to make appropriate entries on its books decreasing the appropriate securities account of the Custodian to exclude such Pledged Bonds and to reclassify, by book- entry or otherwise, the Pledged Bonds as not subject to a security interest in favor of the Bank.

Pledged Bonds means unsold or repurchased Bonds held now or in the future in the name of the Issuer on the Issuance Account (defined as Issuer-Owned Bonds in the Terms and Conditions).
