Platform Terms definition

Platform Terms means the terms and conditions, in the form provided by the Company, that must be accepted by the VAR as a condition to accessing or using the Platform, or redistributing the Platform or Platform-Enabled Products. The Company reserves the right to update the Platform Terms at any time and without prior notice to the VAR.
