Each Planning Cycle, ColumbiaGrid shall develop and review a Draft Biennial Plan and shall adopt, by majority vote of the Board, a Biennial Plan.
The success of the Planning Cycle depends on the timely performance of each party.
Such notice (or a deemed notice of withdrawal pursuant to section 18.4) shall commence a withdrawal period of 30 months or one complete biennial Planning Cycle, whichever expires earlier (“Withdrawal Period”).
