Planned Works definition

Planned Works means any work planned in advance and notified to the Customer in accordance with section 6.9 of the Service Level agreement to be carried out by BT or on behalf of BT which may require the availability of the Service to be suspended.
Planned Works means works conducted over a period of hours or days identified in advance on the Seller's Facilities by the Seller, which may temporarily restrict the Seller's Facilities and shall include modifications to, enlargement of, repairs to or maintenance of the (a) Seller's Facilities and (b) upstream of the Seller's Facilities which may result in temporary reduction / stoppage of PNG to the Buyer.
Planned Works means any maintenance, technical upgradations, total shutdown of Gas supply, repair or replacement of either the Sellers’ Facilities or the Buyer’s Facilities as set out in Article 13.

Examples of Planned Works in a sentence

  • If a proposed Modification referred to in paragraph 7.1 is the result of Planned Works proposed by the Party which has received a request for advice or assistance, that Party shall provide such advice and assistance free of charge.

  • Planned Works are excluded from the calculations of Service Availability Levels or guaranteed Time To Repair provided that (and only to the extent that) such Planned Works shall not exceed 12 hours of real service unavailability in any calendar year.

  • A Transmission Owner shall, where requested by NGET, use all reasonable endeavours to carry out such Planned Works as are necessary to ensure that each item of Derogated Plant owned or operated by such Transmission Owner is brought up to the Required Standard applicable to it no later than the Back Stop Date applicable to it.

  • SW maintenance such as reconfiguration or reset are also considered as Planned Works.

  • The date(s) of such Short Term Planned Works shall be binding upon the TSO once confirmed after the above notification.


More Definitions of Planned Works

Planned Works shall have the meaning as defined in Clause 10.
Planned Works means works conducted over a period of hours or days identified in advance (i) on the Transporter Facilities by the Transporter, which may temporarily restrict the Transporter Facilities capacity (including any Third Party Pipeline) and shall include modifications to, enlargement of, repairs to or maintenance of the Transporter Facilities; and (ii) upstream and/or downstream of Transporter Facilities which results in Shipper having a reduced requirement for capacity. (iii) on the Shipper Facilities by the Shipper, which may temporarily restrict the Shipper Facilities capacity and shall include modifications to, enlargement of, repairs to or maintenance of the Shipper Facilities; and (iv) upstream and/or downstream of Shipper Facilities which results in Shipper having a reduced or non - requirement for capacity.
Planned Works means any such works in relation to the Terminal as are referred to in Clause 8.1;
