Plan Type definition

Plan Type means a discrete residential plan type (generally consisting of residential dwelling units that share a common product type (e.g., detached, attached, cluster) and that have nearly identical amounts of living area) that is constructed or expected to be constructed within IA No. 1 as identified in the Price Point Study.
Plan Type means a discrete residential plan type (generally consisting of residential dwelling units that share a common product type (e.g., single family, multi-family, senior) and that have nearly identical amounts of living area) that is constructed or expected to be constructed within IA No. 2 as identified in the Price Point Study.
Plan Type means the designation used by the Authority to identify which health care services covered by a client's OHP Plus or equivalent benefit package are paid by a CCO, by the Authority's fee-for-service program, or both. A client whose oral health services are paid by the fee-for-service program may be enrolled in a dental care organization (DCO) directly contracted by the Authority if the client's residence is covered by the DCO's service area. If a client does not have a plan type designation, then all of the client's health care services are paid by the fee-for-service program. Regardless of plan type, some health care services are carved out from CCOs by contract or rule and are instead paid by the fee-for-service program. The plan type designations are as follows:¶

  • As such, your final Monthly Installment Amount may vary based upon Space Option premiums assessed or not assessed for location, floor level, view, master or standard bedroom types, balcony or patio, walk-in closet, or other value added or removed variations from the basic Floor Plan Type.

  • If your lease indicates a “D1” Floor Plan Type with Space Options of “Master Balcony”, you are signing a Floor Plan Lease for a D1 floor plan and you may be assigned to a Unit and Bedroom that has both, either, or none of the listed Space Options of the D1 Floor Plan Type.
