Plan Settlement definition

Plan Settlement means the good faith compromise and settlement of all Claims, Interests, and controversies as described in Article IV.A of the Plan.
Plan Settlement means the settlement by and between Comerica, the Debtors and the Creditors’ Committee embodied in this Plan.

Plan Settlement means that certain agreement establishing the principal terms
