Placing Letters definition

Placing Letters means the placing letters to be despatched to Placees pursuant to which Placees will irrevocably undertake, conditionally upon the Conditions being satisfied or waived and this Agreement not being terminated, to acquire the number of Placing Shares set out therein;
Placing Letters means the European and Canadian placing letters in the agreed forms to be sent as applicable to proposed Placees by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx and RBC in connection with the Placing, including the accompanying form of confirmation;
Placing Letters means the EIS Placing Letters and the General Placing Letters. “Placing Price” means 12.5 xxxxx per Placing Share.

More Definitions of Placing Letters
