Placement Agent Information means the information provided to the Company by the Placement Agents and included in subsections “Electronic Distribution,” “Regulation M,” and “Other Relationships,” under the “Plan of Distribution” section in the Final Prospectus.

Placement Agent Information means the name of the Placement Agent.
