Pursuant to Section 5.1.5 of this Agreement, the Ship Owner/Operator/Authorized Agent will ensure that a WSMC FIELD DOCUMENT and WSMC Notification Placard are provided for use on the bridge of each Covered Vessel (or in the pilot house of the tug towing a covered barge) prior to such vessel's arrival in the WSMC Area of Coverage.
