pipe-line definition

pipe-line means, subject to paragraph (4A), a controlled pipeline within the meaning of Part III of the Petroleum Act 1998; and
pipe-line means a pipe-line as defined in section 65 of the M7Pipe-lines Act 1962;
pipe-line means a pipe that carries a hydrocarbon and includes every part of the pipe and adjunct thereto; (“pipeline”)
