Pilot Services definition
Pilot Services means Services that are at a pilot, trial, evaluation or beta stage or that are free of charge;
Pilot Services. (collectively, or individually a “Service” or “Services”) include but are not limited to (i) Dedicated Internet Access (“DIA”), (ii) Small Business Internet Access (“SBIA”), (iii) Pilot Voice (“Voice”, “Hosted Voice”, or “Digital Voice”), (iv) IP Transit (“Transit”), (v) Cloud Connectivity (“CloudConnect”), (vi) Metro Ethernet / Point-to-Point (“DirectConnect”), (vii) Point-to-Multi-Point (“AnyConnect”), and (viii) IP Address rental.
Pilot Services means acts of a pilot in conducting a vessel through the navigable water in this state and the ports in which the pilot is licensed or certified as a pilot.

Reselling Pilot Services requires Customer to enter into a separate Reseller Master Services Agreement with Pilot.

Pilot Services means Services that are at a pilot, trial, evaluation or beta stage or that are free of charge; "Platform" means our and our Affiliates internet/mobile platform which includes both edge and cloud infrastructure upon or via which ABB solutions (including all or part of the Services hereunder) operate;
Pilot Services means the introduction into the Operational Environment of planned new capabilities pending full Verification and Validation.
Pilot Services means the provision of educational content and other data by Guidepost Limited via Channels as more fully defined in Section 3;

Pilot Services shall have the meaning ascribed in Section 5.1.1.

Pilot Services means Thrivaca™ services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.
