PIK Dividends definition

PIK Dividends means any shares of the Series B Preferred Stock that have been issued as dividends on shares of the Series B Preferred Stock.

PIK Dividends has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a)(i)(B).

PIK Dividends means, collectively, the PIK Dividends (as defined in the Series B Certificate of Designations) and the PIK Dividends (as defined in the Series C Certificate of Designations).

• All Dividend Amounts paid in cash or elected to be paid as PIK Dividends shall be compounded as applicable.
