Phase Termination Date definition

Phase Termination Date means, with respect to each Phase, the last day of the property tax year which is the 29th year following the first property tax year in which the Phase is placed in service.
Phase Termination Date means with respect to each Phase of the Project, the day which is twenty years after the date each such Phase of the Project becomes subject to the terms of this Fee Agreement.
