Phase II Closing Date definition

Phase II Closing Date means the date upon which the Phase II Acquisition is consummated.
Phase II Closing Date means a specific Phase’s Closing Date.
Phase II Closing Date means September 4, 1997, the date on which the initial borrowing under the Existing Credit Agreement occurred following the satisfaction or waiver of all of the conditions precedent to such borrowing set forth in Sections 3.01 and 3.03 of the Existing Credit Agreement.

More Definitions of Phase II Closing Date

Phase II Closing Date means the date on which the initial Revolving Credit B Borrowing and/or the initial Term Borrowing occur following satisfaction of all of the conditions precedent set forth in Sections 3.02 and 3.03.
Phase II Closing Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) hereof.
