Phase 1 Completion Date means the date of database lock for (a) the Phase 1 Clinical Trial for the Initial Product set forth in the initial Clinical Development Plan, or (ii) the first Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a 2nd Generation Product.

Phase 1 Completion Date means December 31, 2014 as set forth in Section 5.04 and Exhibit G hereof.

Phase 1 shall commence upon a written Notice to Proceed from the Owner/DES and shall end on the Phase 1 Completion Date as set forth below.

Phase 1 Completion Date means 30 April 2012, or earlier if agreed in writing by the Parties;

Phase 1 Completion Date means the date on which all 8,500,000 historic transactions are processed on the Aventus Network.

Phase 1 Completion Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.3(c).
