The Project components (AHD, HRI, STI, TRA, and PGM) that were proposed in the Application and approved by the Department must be completed in order to achieve this projected reduction of GHG emissions.
The Department reserves the right to review and approve all PGM Work to be performed by the Recipient, or contracted by the Recipient, in relation to this Agreement.
Any revision to the PGM Work shall be submitted in writing for review and approval by the Department and shall require an amendment to this Agreement.
