Pfizer Technology means (a) Technology developed prior to the Effective Date by employees of, or consultants to, Pfizer acting alone or jointly with third parties (but, in the case of consultants or third parties, only to the extent Pfizer has the right to grant rights to such Technology), and including without limitation any Transgenic Animals; (b) Program Technology; or (c) Results.

Pfizer Technology means all scientific and technical information and data, including, without limitation, know-how, trade secrets and technology related thereto, hereafter during the term of this Agreement owned or controlled by PFIZER or any of its Affiliates that relate to the Compound, any Research Compound or any Licensed Product, including but not limited to: (a) medical, clinical, toxicological or other scientific data, and (b) processes and analytical methodology used in the development, formulation, testing, analysis, manufacture or packaging of any Compound, Research Compound or Licensed Product.
