Pfizer Quarter means (i) in the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on January 1 of any year, and (ii) in any country in the Territory other than the United States, each of the four (4) thirteen (13) week periods as used by Pfizer in its audited financial reports, the first commencing on December 1 of any year. With respect to Net Sales, the Net Sales for a Pfizer Quarter is the aggregate of Net Sales in the United States and outside the United States for the applicable Pfizer Quarter.

More Definitions of Pfizer Quarter
