PES definition

PES means the ScottishPower Distribution Undertaking or the ScottishPower Supply Undertaking or the Scottish and Southern Energy Distribution Undertaking or the Scottish and Southern Energy Supply Undertaking as the case may be as specified in Schedule 3A (ScottishPower Transfer Scheme) or Schedule 3B (Scottish and Southern Energy Transfer Scheme);
PES means the standardized assessment tool provided by DYCD to Contractor to be used to evaluate the specific interests, strengths, and needs of each Participant and to determine each Younger Youth Participant’s Project Assignment and each Older Youth Participant’s Work Assignment, as well as Supportive Services for all Participants. The PES consists of several forms, some of which are to be filled out by the Contractor and others by the Participant and the Participant’s parent or guardian if aged 17 or younger.
