It is the desire and intent of the parties to this Agreement, including the FRANCHISEE'S shareholders and the Personal Guarantors, that the provisions of this Article be enforced to the fullest extent permissible under the laws and public policy applied in each jurisdiction in which enforcement is sought.
In consideration for the use and license of such valuable and confidential information, the FRANCHISEE, the FRANCHISEE'S shareholders and the Personal Guarantors will comply in all respects with the provisions of this Article.
Personal Guarantors guarantee to DCS the performance of this Agreement, and any addendum thereto by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, including payment of all sums due and owing and costs associated with the enforcement of the terms hereof.

Further, to the extent any provision of this Article is deemed unenforceable by virtue of its scope or limitation, the parties to this Agreement including the FRANCHISEE, the FRANCHISEE'S shareholders and the Personal Guarantors agree that the scope and limitation provisions will, nevertheless, be enforceable to the fullest extent permissible under the laws and public policies applied in such jurisdiction where enforcement is sought.
