Perquisites definition

Perquisites means any tangible privilege or gain beyond salary and entitlements provided to employees, including but not limited to housing allowances, car allowances, spousal travel, insurance, and club memberships.
Perquisites means individual perquisite benefits received by you immediately prior to the Effective Date, including, but not limited to, club membership dues and certain automobile expenses.
