Perpetual definition

Perpetual means the license right to use the Software indefinitely.
Perpetual or “Extended” license means a license that extends indefinitely. Perpetual licenses do not include Maintenance Services.
Perpetual means an on premise license to Software, where Maintenance fees are in addition to the Software license fees and the right to use the Software is for an indefinite period of time, unless applicable law renders a perpetual license invalid, in which case, “Perpetual” means the right to use the Software for a period of ninety-nine (99) years from the Order Form Effective Date.

Perpetual. A Perpetual license has no expiration and can be used perpetually unless the Agreement is terminated pursuant to Art. 6.
