Permitting definition

Permitting means a mine or facility that would generally be expected to be able to be in full production within 5-7 years.
Permitting means issuance of a written license or warrant, including any condition, to any person, empowering such person to do some act not forbidden by law, but otherwise not allowed without such authority, or the modification or amendment of any permit or condition thereof subsequent to its issuance;

Permitting. Annual Liquor License Renewals are this month and I’ve been preparing the licenses for renewal in the new permitting software. I’ve been in contact with the licensees and am rolling out the new process tomorrow in the hopes it will streamline the process and enable renewals to be completely online except for inspections.
