Permitting means issuance of a written license or warrant, including any condition, to any person, empowering such person to do some act not forbidden by law, but otherwise not allowed without such authority, or the modification or amendment of any permit or condition thereof subsequent to its issuance;

Permitting. Annual Liquor License Renewals are this month and I’ve been preparing the licenses for renewal in the new permitting software.
