Permitted Sublicensee definition

Permitted Sublicensee means a Third Party holding a Permitted Sublicense.
Permitted Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Permitted Sublicensee means, with respect to Licensee, as of any date of determination, any other Person as to which Licensee Controls or owns, directly or indirectly, more than 20% of the economic interests of (i) such Person or (ii) its general partner or management company.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, as an express condition of any such sublicense, any such Permitted Sublicensee shall be required to agree in writing to be bound by commercially reasonable reporting and record keeping, indemnification and inspection provisions, and the applicable provisions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, those pertaining to the use of CSMC’s name and marks, indemnification of CSMC and the use of CSMC’s Confidential Information.

More Definitions of Permitted Sublicensee

Permitted Sublicensee means any Affiliate of Licensee, and any other Person approved in writing by Licensor prior to the granting of the applicable sublicense.

Permitted Sublicensee. “Permitted Sublicensee” shall mean any Person to whom Licensee has granted rights under the rights granted to Licensee by Dow hereunder and any Person to whom such Permitted Sublicensee, to the extent permitted hereunder, sublicenses such [**].
