Permitted Site definition

Permitted Site means any site used for disposal, treatment or storage of hazardous waste which has a current valid operating permit issued by the Department of Environmental Quality.
Permitted Site means a location used for collection, storage, processing, or disposal of used tires that has a current valid permit issued by DEQ.
Permitted Site means the site(s) and address(es) specified in the Quotation as site(s) on which Clinic is granted the right to use the Software in accordance with this License Agreement.

Permitted Site means an area with discrete boundaries inside of which one or more artificial reefs may be located and for which all required permits and authorizations have been obtained. These permits and authorizations include: artificial reef permits issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and/or the Army Corps of Engineers and other permits, licenses, or authorizations required by any governing body.
