Cause all assessments and taxes, whether real, personal, or otherwise, due or payable by, or imposed, levied, or assessed against Borrower, its Subsidiaries or any of their respective assets to be paid in full, before delinquency or before the expiration of any extension period, except to the extent that the validity of such assessment or tax shall be the subject of a Permitted Protest or the failure to pay such tax could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Change.
Pay when due all rents and other amounts payable under any leases to which Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is a party or by which Borrower’s or any such its Subsidiaries’ properties and assets are bound, unless such payments are the subject of a Permitted Protest.
