Permitted Premises definition

Permitted Premises means the particular building or buildings within which the Permit Holder will be authorized to conduct the Facility’s activities pursuant to the Permit.
Permitted Premises means those areas normally used by the permittee or licensee to conduct his business and includes, but is not limited to, the selling areas, brewing areas, storage areas, food preparation areas, and parking areas.
Permitted Premises means any premises (with a unique street name and number or land parcel number), or a vessel, where a permitted enterprise ordinarily carries on any business, undertaking or work connected with providing its authorised service, but excludes any vehicle or aircraft;

  • Pursuant to the terms of this Permit, Permitted Parties may only use the Permitted Premises in such manner and at such times as not to interfere with the use, construction, maintenance, repair and operations of WMATA.


More Definitions of Permitted Premises

Permitted Premises means the Designated Consumption Area specified on a Cannabis Consumption Business Permit or a Cannabis Consumption Special Event Permit.
