Permitted Part definition

Permitted Part means any part of the Premises that the Landlord approves;]

Examples of Permitted Part in a sentence

  • Subject and without prejudice to the other provisions of this clause there shall be no subletting of the whole of the Premises or of a Permitted Part of the Premises without the prior written consent of the Landlord (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

More Definitions of Permitted Part

Permitted Part means part or parts of the Premises previously approved by the Landlord and to comprise in total no more than 15% as a whole of the Premises and such percentage shall include any licences or lettings in relation to advertisement hoardings.
