Permitted Facilities definition

Permitted Facilities means, collectively, (a) Permitted Margin Facilities (including the StoneX Financial Margin Facility), (b) credit facilities entered into by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to finance the purchase of metal warrants, metal leases as lessee or lessor or other trading assets in the ordinary course of business, (c) Permitted Repos, and (d) the StoneX Commodity Facility.

Permitted Facilities means Industrial / Manufacturing facility, all related purposes such as ingress, egress and parking, and uses incidental thereto.

Permitted Facilities or “Permitted Use” means a pharmaceutical services, development, and manufacturing facility, all related purposes such as ingress, egress and parking, and uses incidental thereto.

Examples of Permitted Facilities in a sentence

• Lessee shall obtain, maintain and comply with all required licenses and permits, both governmental and private, to use and operate the Properties as Permitted Facilities.

• Except for Permitted Facilities permitted by this Section 8.18(a)(i), Borrowers shall not consummate any Securitization or Warehouse Facility, provided, that, the Warehouse Facility and Securitizations consummated by the Borrowers prior to the Closing Date in accordance with the terms of the Original Loan Agreement shall be deemed to constitute Permitted Facilities hereunder.

More Definitions of Permitted Facilities

Permitted Facilities means a Xxx Xxxxx Farms Restaurant or any other restaurant concept, all related purposes such as ingress, egress and parking, and uses incidental thereto.

Permitted Facilities means the Secured Permitted Facilities and any other bank facilities made available to members of the Group (on normal commercial terms) PROVIDED THAT the aggregate indebtedness of all members of the Group in respect of the Secured Permitted Facilities and such other bank facilities at no time exceeds CHF40,000,000 (or its equivalent).

Permitted Facilities means all credit facilities and/or issues of notes/bonds which are permitted to be incurred by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 14(y)(i)(2) of the Trust Deed and which are secured by the Charged Assets (as defined in the Master Definitions and Interpretation Schedule).
