Notwithstanding the foregoing, Employee is not precluded from a Permitted Activity.

Executive will not perform any duties for any other business, other than a Permitted Activity without the prior written consent of the Compensation Committee, but may engage in charitable, civic or community activities, provided that such duties or activities do not materially interfere with the proper performance of Executive's duties under this Agreement.

This License is a revocable, personal, non-assignable, non-exclusive, and non-possessory privilege to enter and use the License Area for the Permitted Activity only on a temporary basis that commences on the Commencement Date and expires on the Expiration Date specified in the Basic License Information ("Term") unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this License.
