Permanent Repair definition

Permanent Repair means Rectification where a Temporary Repair has been permitted and carried out pursuant to Section 3.11 of this Schedule;
Permanent Repair has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments]; “Permanent Repair Deadline” has the meaning set out in Schedule 8 [Payments];
Permanent Repair means Rectification where a Temporary Repair has been permitted and carried out pursuant to Section 2.11 of this Schedule 8 [Payments];

Examples of Permanent Repair in a sentence

  • During any period beginning at the time when a Temporary Repair has been approved by the Authority and ending at the earlier of: the time at which a Permanent Repair is successfully completed; and the Permanent Repair Deadline, the Availability Standards will be replaced by the Minimum Agreed Availability Standards.

  • If the Permanent Repair is not carried out by the Permanent Repair Deadline, a Performance Failure or, as the case may be, an Availability Failure, will occur at that date and time and the provisions of paragraph 2 (Deductions for Performance Failures), paragraph 4 (Deductions for Availability Failures) and, if applicable, paragraph 5 (Repeated Failures) of Section 3 (Deductions from Monthly Service Payments) of this Schedule Part 14 (Payment Mechanism) shall apply.

  • Thereupon EGT and the User shall agree a time to complete a Permanent Repair (each Party shall act reasonably in this respect).

  • Such works in completing a Permanent Repair shall be carried out as Planned Work.


More Definitions of Permanent Repair

Permanent Repair means Rectification following the agreement of a Temporary Repair;
Permanent Repair means a final repair or other work necessary to put right the damage caused to your home by an emergency.

Permanent Repair means a repair of a standard such that the Services are re-instated in accordance with the Performance Specification and no further attention as a result of the cause of the associated Disruption is required by EGT;
