Examples of Permanent Partial Disablement in a sentence
The total amount payable under the Permanent Partial Disablement Scale of Benefits shall not exceed the amount shown under the sum insured shown in the Schedule.
A benefit shall not be payable under more than one of the benefits shown in the Schedule in respect of the same loss, except where a benefit is payable under one of the benefits shown in the Schedule following a period of Temporary Total Disablement or a benefit is payable under both Permanent Partial Disablement and Temporary Total Disablement in respect of the same loss.
The payment of a benefit under Temporary Total Disablement shall immediately cease once a claim under any of the benefits A1 to A5, excluding Permanent Partial Disablement, shown in the Schedule becomes payable in respect of the same loss.
The total amount payable under both Permanent Partial Disablement and Temporary Total Disablement in respect of the same loss shall not exceed £50,000.
In case of Permanent Partial Disablement (as specified in Benefit covers) the Company shall reduce the sum insured in respect of person to whom such sum shall become payable, by the amount admissible under the claim.
